ツイキャス（TwitCasting）とは誰でも簡単にライブ配信ができる配信サイトです。
わかりやすく、ツイキャス（TwitCasting）におけるライブ配信方法を紹介します。
今回はツイキャス（TwitCasting）でＰＣ画面（デスクトップ）の配信するやり方を紹介します。
（この操作はPCからの配信でのみ使用できます。
スマホの場合は専用アプリで配信するので以下の方法を使えません）
Webブラウザを表示して、情報の共有や解説などをしたり
お絵描き配信や文章作成配信などをすることができます。
自分が作成した動画を流すといったこともできます。
デスクトップ画面を表示して配信が
できるようになると配信の幅が広がるので
是非、ここで覚えて頂ければと思います。
以下から手順を解説します。
ここでは
「ニコ生デスクトップキャプチャー（NDC）」 を紹介します。
他にも
「many cam」「scfhDSF」が
ツイキャスでは使いやすいと思いますが
こちらをオススメします。
まだ 「xsplit」を使用するメリットもないので、NDCを使いましょう。
ツイキャス（TwitCasting）の場合、
画質の制限があるので高画質配信を目指しても
ほとんど差がでません。
できたとしても、ツイキャス（TwitCasting）のよさが潰されてしまいます。
（高画質にすればするほど、視聴者側のスペックも要求さるため）
誰が何処からでも視聴できるというのが
ツイキャス（TwitCasting）の魅力だと思います。

本体をインストールする前に、ランタイムをいれておく必要があります。
ランタイムとはアプリケーションを動かすためのプログラムです。
事前にこれをインストールしておかないとニコ生デスクトップキャプチャーを
映像機器として選択できないため使うことができなくなります。
（すでに入れているのならば入れなくて構いません）
Visual C++ 2005や2008などがすでに
インストール済みかもしれませんが、
最新バージョンだと思って2005や2008を
アンインストールしないでください。
他のソフトが動かなくなることがあります。
本体をあらかじめインストールしている場合は、
本体をアンインストールして再起動をした上で
ランタイムをインストールしてから本体をインストールしてください。
順番を前後してインストールすると正しく機能しません。
以上を注意して本体をダウンロードしましょう。
「次へ」 をクリックしてインストールを完了させてください。
デスクトップアイコンまたは、プログラムからNDCを起動してください。
続いてツイキャスの放送ページに飛びます。
「設定メニューを開く」 をクリックしカメラタブを選択。
続いて
「NDC（XP）」 を選択するとNDCが使用できるようになります。
カメラをNDCに設定すると
「スタート画面」 が灰色から緑色に変わります。
「画像ファイル」 を選択するとツイキャスのラジオ配信のように配信できます。
テロップも打てますが、放送ページからでも打てるのでお好みで使用してください。
デスクトップ配信をする場合は
「デスクトップ」 をダブルクリックします。
４種類の方法で画面をキャプチャーできるので、順番に解説していきます。
ドラッグして位置と範囲をして
「OK」 をクリックすると指定した範囲を配信することができます。
ウインドウ指定の場合、指定した範囲をキャプチャーし続けるので
範囲からずれたりすると、ずれたまま配信されます。
範囲指定が面倒な場合は
下の
■の部分をドラッグ＆ドロップでウインドウを
固定してキャプチャーできます。
指定した部分は動かしても画面から切れたりしません
しかし、あくまでも範囲指定なので範囲の上に何か表示すると上に置かれたものが表示されます。
こちらをクリックします。
クリックすると画面が緑色になるので、指定したい範囲をドラッグして四角を作って
切り抜きます。
切り抜いた範囲がキャプチャーされます。
こちらをクリックすると全画面をキャプチャーすることができます。
ただし、ツイキャスでは全画面で配信すると文字や画像が潰れて見にくいので
なるべく、ウインドウ指定で配信することをオススメします。
NDCの使い方が理解できたかと思います。
使っていただければ、慣れてくるので積極的に使っていきましょう。
ただ、このままだとPCで流れている音声を配信で載せることができません。
自作動画や自作の音楽を配信画面に表示できても音声が載らないのでは
意味がありませんよね？

一つ質問いいですかー？
放送はしっかり出来るようになったのですが文字が潰れてしまいます…(高画質を選択しているのに)
解決策とかあれば教えて頂けませんか！

難しい質問ですね＾＾；
配信をすると必ずぶち当たる壁ですよね。
より画質をよくしたい！ それが当然だと思います（ツイキャスだととくに）
参考になるかはわかりませんが
いくつか紹介します。
前提としてツイキャスは画質が悪いです。
外部配信ツールも上手く機能しません。
そこでまず、キャプチャーする際は
必要最低限の大きさで画面を取り込むことです。
例えばブログの記事を紹介する場合
ブラウザに表示されている画面をいっぱいに取り込むのではなく
半分くらい（あるいはそれ以下）の大きさに指定してキャプチャーする。
そうすることで若干文字の潰れは緩和されます。
それと、ツイキャスの放送管理画面に表示されるプレビュー画面を
左右にドラッグすることでズームアウトができます。
文字がはっきり映るように調節してみましょう。
また、プレビュー画面を右クリックして再生というところを何度かクリックすることでも変わってくることもあります。
これを合わせて使えばNDCだけでも充分に配信できるのではと思います。
今回の質問は、文字が潰れてしまうということなので
言葉尻をとらえるわけではありませんが
ManyCamとNDCを合わせて使うと文字が
「潰れた」というより
「にじんだ」感じにはなります。
試してはいませんがゲーム配信であればヌルヌルになるかもしれません。
文字だけだと伝わり辛いかもしれませんが簡単に紹介します。
ManyCamとNDCをインストールしておきます。
放送するときに２つとも起動します。
まず、ManyCamを操作します。
ManyCamのソースタブの一番上にあるカメラをクリックして
NDC(XP)を選択します。
次にNDCを操作します。
デスクトップをクリックして「ウインドウで指定」などでキャプチャー範囲を指定します。
これを設定した上で、ツイキャスの放送管理画面から
カメラ設定でManyCamを選択すると文字がにじんだ感じで配信されます。
同様の手順でManyCam × SCFH DSF などもできたりします。
（わかり難いと思うので後日、記事にまとめるかも……）
とはいっても僕の知識だとUSTREAMやYouTube Live、ニコ生のような
高画質配信はやはりできません。
XSplit を使用している方もいるようですが
XSplit はトラブル続きですし、ツイキャスで使うには今一つです。
質問の解決法ズバリを紹介することができず申し訳ないです。
ツイキャスも徐々に変化しているようなので
何かわかりしだい報告できたらなと思います。

一つ質問が。
ツイキャスで設定メニューを開いても、カメラ欄にNDCの文字が見当たりません。
NDCのソフト自体のインストールは完了しているのですが…
どうすれば解消出来るでしょうか。

NDCのインストールが完了しているということなので
おそらくランタイム等のインストールの手順はできているのだと思います。
（書き忘れてしまいましたがNDCはmacでは使えないようです＾＾；）
ところでWebブラウザは何を使っていますか？
ツイキャスに限らず他のライブ配信サイトでもいえることなのですが
別のブラウザを使うと選択できるようになったりすることがあります。
chromeを使っているならIEやFire fox等の他のブラウザで配信してみてください。
配信専用のブラウザを用意するのもいいかもしれませんね。
デスクトップ配信をする際
仮に、自分が通う学校や会社のサイトをブックマークしていて
うっかりブックマークだったりを公開してしまい
視聴者に余計な詮索をされるようなことがないとは言えません……。
余談ですが、デスクトップ配信をするということは文字通り
デスクトップが映る可能性があるということなので
個人情報が漏れそうなショートカットや
使っているとは思いませんが違法性のあるソフトやブックマークなんかは
目につかないところに閉まっておきましょう。
本題に戻りますが
chromeは最近、キャプチャーしたものがずれて配信されていたり
一部のフリーソフトが認識してくれないことがよくあります。
なので一度、ブラウザを変更してみてはいかがでしょうか？
もし上手くいかないようであれば
アンインストールして再度NDCをインストールしてみてください。
それでもNDCが今までと変わらず使えなかったとしても
ManyCamの解像度をきちんと設定して使えばツイキャスにおいては遜色ありません。
これらのことは後日「コラボ配信のやり方」で紹介していくつもりです。
ManyCam と SCFH DSF を合わせて使えばNDCよりも手間はかかりますが自由度は増すと思います。
解決の糸口になればと思います。

とは、もしかして「Adobe Flash Player設定」と表示されるやつのことですか？
中央に「カメラとマイクのアクセス」などが記載されていると思います。
もし、それでしたら迷わず「許可」してください。

場合によっては「Adobe Flash Player」をアップデートしてみてはいかがでしょう。
「Adobe Flash Player」とグーグル等で検索すればトップに表示されるのでそこからページに飛びページの指示に従いながらやれば簡単にインストールできます。
そうではないとするなら
ＰＣが重いのかもしれません。
僕もときどきマイク設定をクリックしているのになかなか
タブが選択ができないことがあります。
この原因は、おそらく正しくクリックできていないからだと思います。
カーソルをカメラやマイクのアイコンに置いて
アイコンが明るくなってからクリックするとスムーズにできます。
マイクはちかちかして選択しずらいなと僕は思います。

わたしも「カメラとマイクへのアクセス」で
許可か拒否かの選択しかできません。
その後のカメラの設定やNDCを選択する画面にならず、
もう一度設定メニューを開いても
許可か拒否かを選択させられるだけです。
Adobe Flash Playerもアップデート済みなのですが、
どう解決したらいいものか悩んでいます・・・。

このページ上のすべての動作確認を確認したのですが、
実際に視聴者側に映像が行き届いているの確認が出来ていません。
どうしたら確認できるのでしょうか？
また、出力が確認できなかった場合、どのような措置を取ればいいのでしょうか？よろしくいお願いします。

ほとんどの場合、自分の放送ページに表示されているように視聴者にも流れています。
ですが、自分の放送画面が視聴者にも届いているのかどうか最初のうちは不安を感じます。
その場合はいくつか確認する方法があります。
まず１つは単純に視聴者に訊く。
これが合理的かなと思います。
視聴者とコミュニケーションがはかれますし、コメントも貰える可能性があります。
友達に見てもらうということでもいいかもですね。
あるいは、すぐには確認できませんが放送を保存して後から確認してみる方法もあります。
すぐに自分だけで確認する方法は
PC配信をしている場合はスマホのアプリで自分の配信を視聴してみたり
ブラウザとアカウントを放送しているものと別のものを使い自分の配信を確認することができます。

あの…質問いいですか。
私のPCは、XPなんですけど。
上記の通りにダウンロードしたのですが、まったく画面とか開かなくて…。
もういいや、とシャットダウンしてしまったのですが数日後にPCを開いて、Twitterとニコ生を二窓していたら、突然ログイン画面に戻ってしまったのです。
最初は何とも思わず、またログインしたのですが、何度もログイン画面に戻されました。(初めての体験です)
アンインストールしようともしてもファイルが見つかりません…。
どうすれば良いのでしょうか。

原因はよくわかりません。
XPは以前使っていましたが数年前の当時はNDCが利用できた記憶があります。
さて、アンイストールについてですが
[スタート] ボタンをクリックし、
[コントロール パネル] をクリックして
[プログラムの追加と削除] をダブルクリックします。
[現在インストールされているプログラム] ボックスで、NDCをクリックし
[削除] (または [変更と削除]) をクリックします。
プログラムの削除を確認するメッセージが表示されたら、[はい] をクリックするとアンインストールできます。

既存だったらすいません
わたしはwindows8でデスクトップ画面を放送したいのですが、NDCの項目が出てきません。
使っているのはIEだったので試しにchromeにしたら項目は出たものの、NDC本体が反応しません。
NDC以外のインストールもしましたので完全にお手上げ状態です。

なんでツイキャスでXsplitを使うのが意味ないんですか？ManyCamと、Xsplitの仮想カメラ出力を利用するとツイキャスの設定でManyCamを選ぶとXsplitで放送できますよ。アニメーションgifや静止画や動画を載せたりテキストを流したり色々出来て楽しいですよ。実際それで放送しましたし。ただ、カメラとXsplitの解像度をひかえめに抑えないとManyCamが落ちますので気をつけないといけません。

NDCはニコ生の外部配信とか、何かの放送ツールに噛ませて立ち上げないとダメだと思います。例えばManyCamとか無料だからいいと思います。立ち上がったらパソコンを再起動するとツイキャスに認識されます。

おっしゃる通り
私自身も NDC より ManyCam などの
他のツールを使ったほうがツイキャスには
向いていると思います。
ツイキャスの配信方法についての記事を書くにあたって
当時のツイキャス利用者がどのツールを
使用しているのか独自で調査したところ
NDC の利用者が比較的多かったので
こういった記事を書いてみました。
読み返してみると
他のツールの使い方への
ページ誘導が下手で
読者にとって他の記事が
見つけづらいように思えます。
この部分は少し改善してみます。
Xsplit についてですが
ManyCam を通して使えば使えるのは
わかってはいたのですが
Xsplit の特徴は高画質配信と
高音質とまではいかないにしても
わりと綺麗な音で出力できるところかなと
私自身は考えています。
パソコンのスペックなのか
ソフトの問題なのかはわかりませんが
これもおっしゃる通り
ManyCam がたびたび落ちます。
Xsplit は直感的に操作できるので
楽しく 自分なりの配信スタイルが
簡単に作れますよね。
クロマキー合成なんかもできるので
夢が膨らみます。
部屋にブルーシートを貼って配信している
自分を想像すると笑えてきます。
欲を言えば
FME、XSplit、NLE、OBS
などを使って
ツイキャスでも
高画質配信をしてみたいのですが
私の知識が足らず
未だにわかりません。
誰か教えてくれないかなと
願うばかりで申し訳ないです……。
ただ XSplit を使うにあたっては
少し考えました。
ツイキャスは
中学生の利用者が多そうなので
有料のツールを紹介するのは
難しいかなと思い
無料で使えるソフトでということで
ManyCam 、 SCFH DSF を
私はおすすめしていたりします。
SCFH DSF で配信画面をレイアウトするとなると
実際はシングルモニタだと厳しいのですが
ある程度は XSplit の機能を再現できると思います。
一部情報が古くなっているのが否めないので
修正をしなければと反省しています。
「一念発起は誰でもする」と言われている気がしますしね。

私も以前、ダウンロードしたのにカメラ欄にNDCが表示されなかったのですが、IEからChromeにしたところ解決することができました。
様々ブラウザを試すことがまず解決につながるかと思います。

こんばんは！最近xsplitでゲーム配信してるんですが突然ツイキャスで使えなくなりました。
枠を取っても画面に何も映りません。
xsplitのほうでは配信中の表示になり、ツイッターに自分の枠のタイトルがツイートされます。
何度やっても同じ結果になったので、今度は一度custamRTMPで作成したチャンネルを消して、チャンネルを作り直したらアカウント認証しなくなってしまいました。
ツイッターのＩＤでやってるのですが、Ｕｓｅｒnameは自分のツイッターの＠の後に書かれてるもの入力し、パスワードも入れてるはずなのですがはじかれてしまうようになりました。解決方法など御座いましたらお願いします。
